At this time I am able to take new clients who are interested primarily in telehealth (video or phone appointments). I am available for face-to-face appointments and bodywork about every other month when I am in my Seattle office.
My typical schedule is Tuesday through Thursday, during the day.
Fees and Insurance
Duration & Fees
Psychotherapy: 50 minute session: $150
Bodywork: 75 minute session $160
Soul Retrieval/Shamanic Work: 90-120 minute session $200
Insurance
I no longer bill insurance for my professional services. However, I continue to be in network for Regence and Premera and you may submit superbills for re-imbursement if you wish.
Payment is due at the time of service.
What to Expect
Sessions are tailored to your specific needs and therefore experiences vary.
In your first visit, we will take some time to discuss your concerns and perhaps aspects of your history. I will also answer any questions that you have about how I work. This is an important part of the therapeutic process in terms of building trust and allowing me to come to begin to know you
In subsequent visits we will explore the issues that you bring with you as they manifest in the present moment. Aspects of the past and present are explored through the use of dialogue and Focusing technique.
If we are doing bodywork, I may assess you standing or in movement and/or scan the energetic field of your body. Craniosacral therapy can be done clothed and involves very light touch as I work with the fluid structure of your body. It is often experienced as deeply relaxing.
Cancellations
Outside of extreme circumstances, I require 24 hours’ notice for a cancellation and prefer more time. Please note that I am not able to bill your insurance company for missed appointments and you will be charged for these appointments if proper notification is not given.
